1. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that infringes copyright, promotes violence, or violates applicable law. Platform admins reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
2. Billing
Plans are billed monthly. For the current v1 launch, billing is handled manually by Creafinity staff; automated Stripe billing is rolling out in a later release.
3. Liability
Creafinity is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
